2025 Sustainability Report: 'Stronger Together'

Appendix: Environmental Data

Note: 2025 is the first reporting year in which DNOW and MRC Global report greenhouse gas emissions and energy data on a combined basis. Prior to the acquisition, the companies used different reporting methodologies, organizational boundaries and emissions factors. As a result, 2023 and 2024 emissions data and energy data are not comparable to 2025 and are therefore not presented.

1 MRC Global's international fleet emissions are estimated from distance traveled where fuel data is unavailable. Electric plug-in hybrid and EV activity is reported in Scope 2; combustion activity in Scope 1 mobile — road.
2 Includes CNG-fueled equipment; fuel energy is reported in the Energy table.
3 In MRC Global's prior standalone reporting, fugitive emissions represented less than 1% of Scope 1 emissions.
4 Legacy MRC Global's Green-e certified REC arrangements were not continued in 2025, and no contractual instruments were held during the reporting year. Market-based figures reflect supplier-specific and residual mix factors.
5 Scope 1 + 2 (location-based) emissions divided by unaudited pro forma combined revenue of $5,274 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, as disclosed in the Company's 2025 Form 10-K. Not comparable to intensity figures reported by either predecessor company.

Note: Due to rounding, amounts may not sum to totals presented.
