MacLean International: Cementing the Integrated Approach in Australia

MacLean International's integration of DNOW business in Australia adds pumps, artificial lifts and engineering services to their portfolio, enhancing the objective of providing an integrated approach to the market.

Adding pumps, artificial lift and engineering services to the existing portfolio enhances the Group’s objective of providing an integrated approach to the market.

MacLean Pumps now joins MacLean Electrical, MacLean Industrial & Safety and MacLean Valves as operating divisions of MacLean International to provide a multiple commodity offering and the full spectrum of supply chain services. Responding to the industry’s changing needs, this MRO Integrator model not only adds value to the marketplace but satisfies the need to reduce supply chain management costs, resources and administration whilst maintaining the technical expertise and compliance required for the safety and integrity of our customer’s assets.

Mark Bruce, Vice President - International Operations, commented,

“This move ideally positions MacLean International to meet the demands of the various markets we serve with this multi-commodity offering. It allows us to enhance the supply chain and deliver cost effective technical solutions. Our four trading divisions form the basis of MacLean’s MRO Integrator model, enabling our customers to fully leverage their spend with one company and reduce the number of supplier agreements”.

He added,

“The addition of the DNOW business integration in our Australia region also allows us to offer an engineering service from our facility in Roma, Australia. Working across many industry sectors, the team of experienced service engineers, actuation specialists and trained technicians offer our customers full support from service and repair to modification and maintenance.”

Delivering expertise remains an integral requirement of the supply chain. MacLean believes they are at the forefront with qualified teams adding real value to drive down costs and maintain the enhanced service levels that businesses demand. Dedicated professionals who are experts in their fields operate within each of their divisions, providing technical product and market-specific information, logistics, document control, materials management and worldwide shipping.
